Once a technician visits your location and diagnoses the issue, a standard visitation/inspection charge is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the full repair.
If a spare part provided by ANUFIX turns out to be defective within the warranty period (as stated on your invoice), we will replace the part free of cost. We do not provide cash refunds for spare parts once they are installed in your appliance.
Labor charges are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If an appliance continues to face the exact same issue within our stated warranty period, our technician will revisit and attempt to fix it at no additional labor cost.
If you wish to cancel a service request, please do so before our technician is dispatched to your location. Cancellations made after a technician has arrived will incur the standard visitation charge.
